✨ Orders & Payments FAQ

How do I place an order?

Select your product, add to cart, and checkout using UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets. You’ll receive email/SMS confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via secure gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Shopify Payments). COD is not available yet.

Is my payment information stored?

No. Payments are processed by trusted gateways. Blingso does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, or CVV.

Can I apply a coupon or store credit?

Yes. Apply a valid code at checkout. One code per order unless stated. Store credit, if issued, can be used within 12 months.

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

Only before dispatch. After shipping, cancellations/changes aren’t possible.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately with your order ID. Address changes are possible only before dispatch and may incur re-shipping charges if the parcel returns.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details are shared by SMS/email after dispatch. Use the link to see live courier updates.

My payment failed. Was I charged?

If payment failed, orders don’t confirm. Check your bank SMS/statement. If charged without order confirmation, the gateway usually auto-reverses shortly.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery FAQ

Where do you ship?

Across India via trusted courier partners.

When will my order be dispatched?

Within 1–3 working days from order placement.

How long does delivery take?

Approx. 3–10 business days after dispatch. Metros: 3–5 days. Other locations: 5–10 days. Remote PINs may take longer.

Do you offer express delivery?

Some products may carry an “Express” tag (typically 5–7 business days). Availability depends on PIN code and courier network.

What are the shipping charges?

Free for prepaid orders above ₹299. Orders below ₹299 have a flat ₹60 fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. India-only shipping for now.

Tracking shows no movement. What should I do?

Courier scans can lag for 24–48 hours. If there’s no update beyond that, contact us with your order ID.

🔁 Returns & Refunds FAQ

What is your return window?

Return/exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags.

Are earrings or pierced jewelry returnable?

No, due to hygiene. Exceptions only for damaged/incorrect items reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video.

How do I raise a return or exchange?

Email blingso.official@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 72068 36540 within 48 hours. Share order ID, reason, and photos/video.

Is an unboxing video required?

Yes, for damage/defect claims. Share a single, continuous unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you arrange reverse pickup?

Available for most PIN codes (up to 3 attempts). If unavailable, self-return is accepted; keep tracking details.

Do you reimburse self-return shipping?

Yes. ₹60 store credit if reverse pickup isn’t available and the return passes QC.

When will I receive my refund?

For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after QC approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I choose store credit instead of a refund?

Yes. Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be applied at checkout.

What might fail the quality check (QC)?

Signs of wear, missing tags/packaging/freebies, damage caused after delivery, or returning a different item than delivered.

What if the replacement is out of stock?

We’ll offer an exchange, store credit, or refund as per your preference.

How do you use my personal information?

To process orders, deliver products, provide support, prevent fraud, and send service updates or offers (you can opt out).

Who do you share my data with?

Shopify (hosting), payment gateways, and courier/tech partners as needed to fulfill your order. We don’t sell or rent your data.

Do you use cookies?

Yes. Cookies keep items in your cart, improve site performance, and support analytics/ads. You can disable them in your browser settings.

Is my data transferred internationally?

Shopify may process data on international servers in line with applicable standards.

How can I access, correct, or delete my data?

Are your products suitable for daily wear?

Yes. Most pieces are lightweight and designed for regular use. Check each product page for material details and care notes.

Will the jewellery tarnish?

Our anti-tarnish plating helps resist wear. For longest life, keep away from water, sweat, perfume, and store in pouches.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth after use, avoid moisture/chemicals, and store in zip pouches or the original box.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

Yes. Gift-ready packaging is available. Add a note at checkout and we’ll include it if possible.

Do you take custom or bulk orders?

Limited customizations and bulk/corporate orders are possible. Share details via email/WhatsApp for timelines and MOQs.
