🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy – Blingso

At Blingso, we ensure your jewelry reaches you safely, quickly, and affordably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our timelines, charges, and important terms.


1. Service Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Please provide a complete and accurate address with PIN code, email, and mobile number to avoid delivery delays.

  • Deliveries to schools, hostels, or offices are at the customer’s risk. If the package is refused or not accepted, Blingso is not liable for refunds.


2. Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by SMS/email.

  • Courier partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

  • Standard delivery: 3–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Some products may carry an “Express” tag with faster delivery (5–7 business days).


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Other locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote PIN codes: may take longer.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier backlogs, or events beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: on orders above ₹299.

  • Orders below ₹299: Flat shipping fee of ₹60.

(💡 COD option is not available at launch. It may be added in the future with specific terms.)


5. Packaging & Safety

  • All Blingso orders are packed securely with protective material to prevent transit damage.

  • Packaging is suitable for gifting and safe storage.

  • Do not accept a parcel if it looks tampered or damaged; contact us immediately.


6. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive SMS/email tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • You can track your order anytime using the courier’s link.

  • If no activity shows for more than 48 hours, contact us at blingso.official@gmail.com or +91 72068 36540.


7. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address edits and cancellations are possible before dispatch only.

  • Once an order is marked “Ready to Ship” with an AWB number, no changes can be made.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for wrong or incomplete addresses.


8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

  • If your package is damaged or lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund after verification with our courier partner.

  • Please allow up to 2 business days for resolution.

  • Blingso is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues, but we will assist in tracking and resolving such cases.
