📜 Refund & Return Policy – Blingso

At Blingso, your happiness matters. Every jewelry piece is carefully quality-checked before dispatch. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds work for orders placed on our website.


1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Return/Exchange request window: within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Damage/defect reporting: within 48 hours of delivery with a single, continuous unboxing video.

  • Item condition: must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags/labels, pouches/boxes, and any freebies intact.

  • Hygiene rule: Earrings, ear-cuffs, and other pierced jewelry are non-returnable, except if damaged/incorrect on arrival and validated via unboxing video.

  • Not eligible: Final Sale / Clearance items, personalized or altered products.


2. Resolution Options

  • Replacement: Same product, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange: Different style, subject to stock availability.

  • Refund / Store Credit: Processed as per Section 4 below.


3. How to Raise a Return/Exchange

  • Email us at blingso.official@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 72068 36540 within the return window.

  • Share order number, reason, and clear photos/video (unboxing video required for damages).

  • We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange reverse pickup (where available) or advise self-return.

  • You’ll receive confirmation once the parcel is received and passes our Quality Check (QC).


4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards/NetBanking/Wallets): Refunds are made to the original payment source within 5–7 business days after QC approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Store Credit (Optional): If preferred, you may choose to receive Blingso Store Credit (valid for 12 months) instead of a refund.

  • Store Credit Re-use: If you used store credit previously, it will be re-issued after QC approval.


5. Reverse Pickup & Self-Return

  • Reverse Pickup: Available for most pincodes (up to 3 attempts).

  • Self-Return: Ship securely to our warehouse and share courier details with tracking.

  • Reimbursement: ₹60 store credit for self-returns (only if reverse pickup is unavailable).

  • One return per order: Each order is eligible for one return/exchange request only.

6. What Fails QC (Return May Be Rejected)

  • Signs of wear or use.

  • Missing tags, packaging, or freebies.

  • Damage caused after delivery or due to improper return packing.

  • Returning a different product than what was delivered.


7. Exchanges

  • Subject to stock availability.

  • If the new item is costlier → you pay the difference.

  • If cheaper → balance issued as store credit.

  • If unavailable → replacement alternative or refund/store credit will be provided.


8. Replacements (Damaged/Incorrect Items)

  • Valid only if reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video.

  • If the product is out of stock, store credit or refund will be issued.


9. Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Accepted only before dispatch. Contact us immediately.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Address corrections may incur re-shipping charges.


10. International Orders

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.


11. Payment Methods Accepted
